Commission ToS

Subject to change! (Last updated: July 2024)
Details
- An artwork of any character(s) of your choosing in my artstyle!
- Unless you state a specific size, the artwork will be made in any size I prefer.
- Payment will be done using Ko-fi or Paypal. For local, BCA transfer or Shopeepay will work as well.
- The completed artworks will be either sent by Google Drive, Gmail or Discord (your choice!)
- I am likely to take up to a month to finish your commission.
- You may ask for progress as many times as you'd like during the commission phase.
- Unless you tell me not to do so, by default I may use the artwork in any way, such as posting it in social media, or edit out mistakes in the artwork that I noticed later on (I will definitely inform you if I make changes to your commission!)
- If I missed any info, don't worry about asking me any questions!Payment
- Let me approve your commission first before payment. I have the right to refuse a commission for any reasons.
- Full payment must be done first before any sketches are made.
- 1 major revision is only allowed in the sketch phase.
- Minor revisions such as missing a small detail may be allowed throughout the commission phase.
- The other half must be paid after the sketch is approved in order to continue if half payment was done.
- Additional fees may be added depending on the content of the commission (ex. complex designs, different expressions)Usage
- Commissioned artworks should be for personal use only and credit is optional! (Though credit is preferred)
- Please discuss with me first if you intend to use my art for commercial use.
- Do not claim that you made the art, resell it, or use it in AI training.Refund
- Refunds cannot be done after the artwork is completed.
- Cancellation during the commission phase will only give a partial refund depending on how much I have progressed.
- A full refund can only be requested if I am unable to start your commission within a month or also unable complete your commission within 3 months after initial payment.Can & Can't Draw
- Can: Fanart, OC, Ship (OC x Canon OK), Furry, Mild gore/NSFW
I'm open to try drawing anything that isn't in the "Can't" section, really.
- Can't: Hate content, IRL people, Proship, Extreme gore, Explicit NSFW
I will decline a commission if it contains any of these. I hope you can understand..Thank you for reading!

Extra props/background may increase the price depending on complexity.Canvas size will be anything I want if not instructed to be a certain size.I can do animation as well, but the price will be different depending on your want. Just chat me about it beforehand ^^
